FADI PETROS (HAMAMI)
CPA, CA
Fadi is a Chartered Professional Accountant and co-founder of HAS LLP with over ten years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. His background is rooted in hands-on client work, with a strong focus on delivering accurate, reliable financial information and supporting complex engagements from start to finish.
He began his career in public accounting, where he worked on audit and review engagements, notice to reader files, and both corporate and personal tax matters. He later transitioned into industry, taking on the role of Project Accountant and overseeing multiple large-scale real estate developments. This experience has given him a practical, detail-driven perspective that he brings into his work with clients. Fadi earned his CPA, CA designation in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from McMaster University, which he completed in 2011. He is fluent in both English and Arabic.
Outside of work, Fadi enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, giving back through community volunteering, and relaxing with a good book.
Rami Abdouni
CPA, CA, LPA
Rami is a Chartered Professional Accountant and co-founder of HAS LLP, bringing more than eight years of experience to his work. Most of his career has been in public accounting, where he delivered assurance, tax, and financial reporting support to businesses of many industries and sizes. He is particularly driven by helping owner-led companies build financial plans and strategies that align with their long-term goals.

He earned his CPA, CA designation in 2017 after completing his professional training and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from McMaster University, which he completed in 2011. Rami works comfortably in both English and Arabic.

Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active and competitive, whether it’s soccer, golf, or training at the gym. He also loves keeping up and supporting his favorite teams across several sports.
Sam Saman
BA, LLB
Sam is a co-founder of HAS LLP and leads the firm’s legal practice, delivering thoughtful and strategic legal guidance to individuals and businesses.
Sam began his academic journey at the University of Toronto, graduating in 2013 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. He later completed his law studies in the UK, earning a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Exeter in 2016. In 2019, he was called to the Bar and licensed to practice law in Ontario.
From the outset, Sam was driven by the vision of building a firm that goes beyond traditional legal services. He has played a key role in shaping HAS LLP into a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice that provides comprehensive legal counsel in areas such as business law, real estate, and estate planning, while offering clients the added benefit of integrated accounting and financial support.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active and unwinding through tennis and going to the gym.
